No. As a white-label provider, we do not contact your clients directly. All reports, questions, and information are delivered through the order management dashboard. It is the agency’s responsibility to share these reports with their clients, either directly or by using the white-label configuration to generate unbranded report links.

Additionally, we will not contact your clients when you use our free tools, including the free recommendations and schema tool.
